Solera is committed to an investment strategy that seeks to generate significant value and stable investment returns as measured by cash yields and equity multiples by remaining focused on controllable variables. Specifically, the focus is centered around operating cash flow and loan amortization, both of which are highly predictable. While market driven factors such as shifts in capitalization rates and macroeconomic conditions remain important considerations, these are much less predictable with greater volatility and therefore less influential when evaluating an investment with a long-term perspective. Solera typically targets long-term investment opportunities, though keen oversight and market awareness in combination with constant evaluation of investments ultimately determines the duration and strategy of each investment.
