Shawn N. Bush

Co-Founder and Principal

Mr. Bush has responsibility for the overall management of Solera Equity Capital and oversight of sourcing and managing its investments on behalf of its valued partners. Additionally, Mr. Bush is responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, and asset management activities related to investments by Solera Equity Capital. Mr. Bush co-founded Solera Equity Capital in 2015 and is also Co-Founder and Principal of Hickory Investors.

Mr. Bush’s professional career includes extensive experience in commercial real estate development, investment, and financing. Prior to devoting his full effort to commercial real estate, Mr. Bush was a Vice President in Bank of America’s Global Commercial Bank and then worked for a boutique commercial mortgage banking firm specializing in the origination and placement of long-term financing through a variety of institutional capital sources.

Mr. Bush received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.
