Jeffrey N. Bush

Co-Founder and Principal

Mr. Bush has responsibility for the overall management of Solera Equity Capital and oversight of sourcing and managing its investments on behalf of its valued partners. Additionally, Mr. Bush is responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, and asset management activities related to investments by Solera Equity Capital. Mr. Bush co-founded Solera Equity Capital in 2015 and is also Co-Founder and Principal of Hickory Investors.

Mr. Bush’s professional career began as a CPA, becoming a partner in two boutique firms where his areas of expertise were real estate development, construction, and insurance as well as consulting services for development projects, corporate planning, capital formation, and acquisition due diligence. Prior to devoting his full effort to commercial real estate, Mr. Bush was CFO of Johnson Oil Company, and then served as the Vice President of Finance for the Midwest Division of Mac’s Convenience Stores, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard.

Mr. Bush received an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree also from Indiana University.
